Zeta Software GmbH takes no legal responsibility for the content of the uploaded or downloaded data or any damages caused by the data. You are using this service at your own responsibility and own risk.
You may use this service only for transfering non-copyrighted files or files for which you own the copyright. You are not allowed to use this service for sending unsolicited junk or mass e-mails ("SPAM"). You are also not allowed to send Phishing e-mails or any other illegal, unsolicited e-mails. By using this service you do not transfer the ownership of the files to Zeta Software GmbH. We do use your e-mail address solely for sending notification messages for files you upload.
